New HOA Clubhouse Usage Survey
Posted on Mar 13th, 2023 Comments (0)
When completing this survey, please consider if YOU will actually use the space.
Cypress Creek developer, Tim Culpepper, has graciously built us a building (at no cost to the HOA) next to where the new pool will be located in The Parke, which he envisioned as a fitness center.
The pool and this building are for use by all of Cypress Creek adult residents. The building is about 900 square feet and is to be furnished at the expense of the HOA.
The Facilities Committee has been getting proposals for fitness equipment and the estimates have exceeded an unbudgeted expense of $40K for roughly 10 pieces of equipment with a bench, weights, and a storage rack.
Before the Facilities Committee requests this expense, we decided to ask the community for thoughts and feedback. Our goal is to have a space that gets maximum usage and is enjoyed by as many adults as possible.
When completing this survey, please consider if YOU will actually use the space.
If you have comments, concerns, ideas, etc., not presented in this survey, please email Betsy at betsyatcypresscreek@outlook.com to get your feedback presented to the Facilities Committee. Please complete this survey by Friday, 24 March 2023.
And please take the survey only once.
